We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Stockroom Supervisor to lead our first shift operations. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who excels at multi-tasking, embraces continuous improvement, and communicates effectively across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and support a dynamic team responsible for inventory receiving, order processing, and other stockroom functions.
- Create efficient workflows to reduce waste and increase productivity.
- Collaborate with management and team members to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Maintain accurate inventory control through proper labeling, FIFO processes, and transaction tracking.
- Oversee timely kitting processes to support the Production floor.
- Perform regular cycle counts, resolve inventory shortages, and assist with Receiving and Shipping as needed.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
- Capable of lifting/moving 50 to 75 pounds regularly and standing for extended periods.
- Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems.
- Demonstrated understanding of continuous improvement practices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to lead by example.
- Versatile and self-motivated, with excellent interpersonal skills.
